Quarterly reports:
1/ consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2009 – 1 March 2010
2/ consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2010 – 17 May 2010
3/ consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2010 – 15 November 2010

Quarterly unconsolidated financial statement of Arcus S.A. Company shall be published as a part of consolidated quarterly financial statement of Arcus S.A. Capital Group in accordance with Par. 83.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent.
 

Consolidated report for the first half of 2010 – 31 August 2010

Half-yearly unconsolidated financial statement of Arcus S.A. Company shall be published as a part of consolidated half-yearly financial statement of Arcus S.A. Capital Group in accordance with Par. 83.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent.

The Management Board of ARCUS S.A. hereby informs that the quarterly financial report for the second quarter of 2010 shall not be published in accordance with Par. 101.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent.
