Mr. Konrad Kowalczuk has professional experience in the field of Private Equity Funds, financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He was also responsible for projects connected with corporate finance. Previously, he supervised the preparation of applications for subsidisation for corporate projects. He had also conducted trainings on obtaining, settlement and use of European Union funds for enterprises and local governments. He was responsible for the substantive part of Akademia Innowacji (Academy of Innovations) and Venture Capital projects. Previously, he worked as a General Representative for Poland for VIVIGO Consulting company, as an Investment Manager for Raiffeisen Private Equity Fund, as an Investment Director for KP Konsorcjum (the company managing Octava and Piast National Investment Funds) and as an Investment Specialist in Polish-American Mortgage Bank.
He is fond of technical diving (especially wreck diving) with closed-circuit cameras.
