The company was transformed into a joint stock company 02.01.2007. The shareholders in the limited liability company became shareholders in the joint stock company. One share in the limited liability company was transformed into 500 shares in the joint stock company of face value of PLN 1.00.
On 13.04.2007 Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders passed resolution on change in the face value of the A series from PLN 1.00 to PLN 0.1 and increase of the number of A series shares to 5 million. The value of the share capital remained unchanged - i.e. PLN 500 000.00.
